We are three foreigners who have been love with Mexico for a combined 20+ years. For everything Mexico has given to us, we've set out to do our part to give back.  In examining how to accomplish this, we agreed that we wanted to have a mission driven company that would promote positive social and cultural change, making Mexico and its people better off as a whole.

We have started this project for two important reasons. First of all, many foreigners who come to visit or live in Mexico are not typically fluent in Spanish which means that grocery shopping can be a challenge. In addition, products available in Mexico are often times very different from what we're accustom to back home. We hope that our reviews will help to guide them. 

​

Second, and more importantly, is that Mexican society suffers from an obesity epidemic and far to few organizations exist to combat it. We believe that a combination of community organization, and better education and transparency around the products people seek and purchase on a day-to-day basis will create a heightened consciousness around food choices and encourage people to change their habits. We want to prove you don't need to spend a fortune to eat healthy.
